Exchanges and Returns Policy

Our exchange and return policy is valid for up to seven days from the date of receiving the product.

In order to be eligible for an exchange, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition as received, including its original packaging.

To initiate the exchange or return process, you must request the address to which the product should be sent via email or WhatsApp.

Upon receiving the product, we will conduct an inspection and notify you of the receipt of the returned item. Subsequently, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to your credit card or the original method of payment within a few days.

If you have not yet received the refund, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, as there may be a time delay before the refund is officially posted. Processing times can often result in the refund not appearing on your statement or in your account.

Also, keep in mind that the delivery time for the exchanged product may vary depending on your location.
